The Spiral Partnership has recently launched a new range of professional development courses to help early years settings and schools achieve the government's target of high-quality provision for all young children. Our training courses focus on:

• the challenges, delights and fundamental principles underlying excellent early years practice
• enabling you to develop a range of practical and organisational skills to 'make it real' for you and your children.

All of our courses are run by education consultant Alison Hall Jones.

Alison has been headteacher of two infant and nursery schools, one of which was recognised by the local authority as one of the most effective schools across the primary phase in North Yorkshire. Alison is also an assessor for the new Early Years Professional Status standards.
